Ollie Honderd

Junior - #16

Ollie Honderd is a picture of composure on the ultimate field. Ollie took magnUM by storm in his freshman year, and has become a team captain in just his sophomore year. None of this should really come as a surprise though considering Ollie’s impressive resume. He spent his four years at Paideia High School working to become one of the best high school players in the country, which was rewarded with back-to-back appearances at the World Ultimate Junior Championships playing for team USA. Ollie has also played the past two club season for Big Ass Truck, Michigan’s premier club team. Most Truck players are wily veterans, but Ollie fits right in. The best is surely yet to come for Ollie, whose determination and work ethic are to die for. Ollie is always there for his teammates, and truly knows what it takes to be a great player and teammate.

Despite all of this, however, the biggest value Ollie adds to the team is his parents. The Southern-style “Honderd Hospitality” is always looked forward to anytime the team is going anywhere near Atlanta, Georgia. Ollie’s parents are always happy to take in any number of ultimate players as long as they’re hungry and polite.

Ollie is also good at parking vans, taking the keys out of the ignition, locking the doors, and taking the keys with him into a Chinese restaurant.
